Refreshing the installed app

• The installed app has no browser toolbar, so there is a Refresh button (circular arrow) in the header — at the top of the screen on phones and tablets, at the top left beside the sidebar toggle on desktop
• Tapping it reloads the page, exactly like the refresh button in a web browser — so finish or save what you are typing first
• On a computer, Cmd+R (Mac) or Ctrl+R (Windows) does the same thing
