Confirm your email before you sign in
- When you create an account we email you a confirmation link. Your account is not active until you open it.
- Opening the link signs you in — if you signed up from an invitation, it also takes you straight back to that invitation to accept it.
- Trying to sign in first shows "Please confirm your email address" with a Resend confirmation email button.
- Signing in with Google needs no confirmation email, because Google has already confirmed your address. Google sign-in works in the web app, not in the App Store app.

- Your Account: The email hasn't arrived — Give it a minute, then check your spam or junk folder.
- Your Account: On the iPhone or iPad app — The confirmation link opens in Safari, not back inside the app. Confirm there, then return to the app and sign in.
