People vs. Collaborators
There's an important distinction:
- People: Cast, crew, volunteers tracked in your production (may not have login access)
- Collaborators: Users with login access to view and edit the show (managed in Overview tab)
- Both: Someone can be both - added as a Person AND invited as a Collaborator
