Signing In

You can sign in with an email address and password, and — where it has been turned on — with a Google account by choosing Continue with Google. Google opens a small window to pick an account and closes it again; you stay on the CueCall page you started from, signed in. Both lead to the same CueCall account and the same productions.

  • Signing in with a school Google account

CueCall asks Google only for your name, email address and profile picture. It never asks for access to your Drive, Classroom, Gmail or calendar. Your school's Google administrator decides which apps its accounts can sign in to. If Google says CueCall isn't allowed, ask your school's IT team about adding it to the approved apps.

  • Use the address you were invited at

An invitation is tied to the email address it was sent to. If you sign in with a Google account on a different address, CueCall will tell you which address the invitation expects.

  • The iPhone and iPad app uses email and password

Google sign-in is available in the web app, including when you have added it to your home screen. In the App Store app, sign in with your email address and password — the account is the same either way.
