Calendar Page

The Calendar page shows events across all your shows, color-coded by show so production managers can spot overlapping rehearsals and performances at a glance.

  • Shows Filter: Click the Shows button in the toolbar to pick exactly which productions to include. Your selection is saved between visits. Click "Show all" to clear the filter and display every show.
  • Locations Filter: Click the Locations button to narrow the calendar to specific venues or rehearsal spaces — useful when you're juggling multiple ongoing shows and their rehearsal rooms. The list is built from the locations already used on your events, and your selection is saved between visits.
  • Show Colors: Each show gets a distinct color. Set it per show from the show's Edit Show Details dialog: choose Auto to keep the color CueCall assigned, pick one of the 24 preset swatches, or set any color of your own with the color picker or by typing a hex code (for example #3b82f6 — your company's brand color, say). Shorthand like #f00 and a code pasted without the both work.
  • Unlinked Events: Events not attached to any show are shown in neutral grey and can be toggled on/off in the Shows filter.
  • My Scenes Only: Filter to events for scenes you're assigned to.
  • List vs Calendar: Toggle between views.
