Exporting Character Information
Export character and costume information as PDF documents:
- Cast List PDF: Click "Export Cast List" to generate a PDF showing all characters, actors, understudies, and tracks
- Costume Plot PDF: Click "Export Costume Plot" to generate a PDF showing which costumes and props are assigned to each character
- Character Look PDF: Click "Character Look" for an actor-by-actor track sheet — every cast member, the characters (looks) they play, the scenes each look covers, and a flag on every character change that lands between two back-to-back scenes so you can plan quick changes. Choose Consolidated report for one document, or One page per actor to print a self-contained sheet to hand to each cast member
- Professional Format: PDFs are formatted for printing and distribution to your production team
