When Support Views Your Account

Some problems can only be diagnosed by seeing what you see. A CueCall administrator can open a short, time-limited support session that shows them your account exactly as it appears to you.

  • These sessions are read-only unless an administrator deliberately enables changes to fix something on your behalf
  • Billing, payment details, AI generation (which would spend your credits), your own stored AI API key and account deletion are never reachable, in either mode
  • Every session expires on its own — an hour at most — and is recorded with the administrator's name and the reason they gave
  • Ask us at any time whether your account has been viewed this way, and we can tell you from that record
