Adding Duties

Each item is one line of backstage work. Click "Add item" to create one:

  • Type: Set change, prop hand-off, quick change, fly, effect, strike or other
  • Where it happens: The stage area, from downstage right round to the fly rail
  • Preset location: Where the piece starts. Set this and the item appears on the Preset List under that area
  • Crew tracks: Who does it. A shift that takes two people can name both
