The Three Reports
All three are the same duties read three different ways. Each has a Print button that opens a clean, landscape page with a tick column for marking off, and the first two also export to CSV.
- Running List (shift plot): Every duty in show order, grouped by scene. This is the sheet taped up stage left and stage right
- Preset List: Everything with a preset location, grouped by area in the order you walk the deck — stage right to stage left, downstage to upstage, then the prop tables, wings and rail
- Master Run Sheet: One section per crew track, each starting on its own printed page so a track can be handed to the person walking it. A shift shared by two tracks appears on both pages
Work with no track on it gets its own "Unassigned" section at the end of the Master Run Sheet rather than being hidden — it is exactly what you want to spot before opening night.
