Crew Tracks
A track is a run-crew position — "SL Deck A", "Rail", "Props Table SR" — not a person. The position stays on the run sheet when whoever walks it changes, which is what makes the paperwork survive a cast or crew change.
- Name: What the position is called in your theatre
- Short code: The narrow label used on the printed sheet (e.g. "SL-A")
- Walked by: Optionally link someone from the show's roster
- Department: Deck, Rail, Props, Wardrobe — free text
- Colour: Used to tell tracks apart at a glance on screen
Deleting a track never deletes its work: the duties move to "Unassigned" on the Master Run Sheet so nothing goes missing.

- Run Sheets (Reports Tab): The Three Reports — All three are the same duties read three different ways. Each has a Print button that opens a clean, landscape page with a tick column for marking off, and the first two also export to CSV.
