Costume plot

Also called: Costume chart, Costume tracking sheet.

A costume plot is the chart of what every character wears in every scene: a grid of characters against scenes, each cell naming the pieces of that look. The costume designer builds it from the scene breakdown, wardrobe runs the show from it, and it is where quick changes show up as two different looks in consecutive scenes.

In CueCall

The Costumes tab assigns pieces to characters by scene and prints the Costume Plot and the Character Look PDFs from the same assignments.
