Measurement sheet
Also called: Costume measurement form, Measurements.
A measurement sheet records a performer's body measurements — chest, waist, hips, inseam, head, shoe — for the costume designer, taken at a fitting or collected on a form at the start of rehearsals. It is personal data, kept by wardrobe and shown to nobody else.
In CueCall
Measurement requests reach the cast by emailed link, a shared grid, a prefilled spreadsheet or a photographed paper form read with AI, and every lane writes to the person's record under the measurements permission.
