All core production management features work without credits — and so do the AI helpers that assist with importing your own data:

Smart import: AI column matching when importing people or inventory spreadsheets
Resume import: pulling contact details and experience out of an uploaded resume
Schedule import: extracting rehearsal dates from an uploaded schedule document
Mic plot instructions: interpreting plain-language mic assignment rules
Song file matching: matching uploaded audio files to your song list

These are free for everyone, with a generous daily limit to prevent abuse. Plus all the core features: scene management, people, inventory, calendar, notes, files, budget, and collaboration.
