Reports Tab (Documents & Exports)

The Reports tab is the show's paperwork hub: every document the production prints or hands out, listed in one place. The cards are in two groups — Open on screen (surfaces you work in here, which print and export from inside) and Documents & Exports (files you take away). Each card names its format and downloads (or opens) with one click. You only see the documents your role can read — the contact sheet needs contact-details access, the budget needs budget access, and so on. The same buttons still exist on the tab that produces each document.

Most cards also carry a manage link at the bottom — "Manage budgets", "Manage signup sheets", "Manage auditions", "Edit the program" — straight to the tab where that document's data is added and edited, so you never have to work out which tab owns it. When a card's picker is empty ("No signup sheets on this show yet"), that link becomes the card's button: it's the next thing to do. A manage link only appears when you can open the tab it points at, so the Costume Plot prints for anyone who can see the cast but only links into Costumes for someone with inventory access.

  • Who Can Help: volunteer skills as a who-to-call list — see its own section below
  • Run Sheets: crew tracks and the Running List, Preset List and Master Run Sheet (opens inside the tab)
  • Slideshows: build and present visual collections — costume plots, sets and scenes, vision boards (opens inside the tab; this is where the Slideshows menu item went)
  • Contact Sheet (PDF): everyone on the show with role, email and phone, grouped by type — with or without the emergency-contact page. Someone holding an extra position ("Also on this show as" on their assignment) is listed under every section they belong in, so a director who's also cast appears on both lists
  • Cast List (PDF / Excel): characters with their actors by cast type, or the cast roster as a spreadsheet
  • Schedule (PDF): every event with dates, times, locations and linked scenes — as a day-by-day List view or a month-grid Calendar view
  • Costume Plot (PDF): character-by-scene breakdown of what each character wears
  • Character Look (PDF): one block per cast member — Consolidated or One page per actor
  • Hair & Makeup Plot (PDF): character-by-scene grid of which hair & makeup look is on when, with each change and the crew notes for the station
  • Hair & Makeup Plot (CSV): the same plot as rows — one per character and scene — for sorting, filtering and sharing with a wig shop or stylist
  • Prop Plot (PDF / CSV): what every scene needs, in running order — plus the Props Master List, one row per prop with every scene it appears in, its status, ownership and where it lives
  • Scenic Plot (PDF / CSV): the same pair for set pieces, backdrops, furniture and projections — scene by scene for the crew, and the Set & Scenic List for building, borrowing and striking
  • Mic Plot (PDF / Excel): microphone assignments per scene
  • Program (PDF): the playbill in each print format (edit its content on Program & Listings)
  • Slideshow PDF: pick any slideshow on the show and download it, one slide per page, without opening it
  • Hours (Excel / CSV): logged hours — everyone's for approvers, your own otherwise
  • Signup Roster (CSV) and Audition Registrants (CSV): pick the sheet or audition
  • Budget (Excel): pick the budget
  • Master Cue Sheet: a link to the Cues view of the Tech tab
  • Cue List for QLab: opens Export for QLab on the cue sheet — the media and a script that builds the cue list in QLab 5

Where each manage link goes: Who Can Help and Contact Sheet → People; Cast List → Characters; Schedule → Schedule; Costume Plot and Character Look → Costumes; Hair & Makeup Plot → Hair & Makeup; Prop Plot → Props; Scenic Plot → Sets; Mic Plot → Tech; Program → Program & Listings; Slideshow PDF → Reports › Slideshows; Hours → Hours; Signup Roster → Signups; Audition Registrants → Casting; Budget → Budget.

Below the documents, the Rehearsal Reports section (production team only) holds the stage manager's nightly reports — see "Rehearsal Reports".
