Assigning Songs to Scenes
A song only shows up in scene, rehearsal and readiness views once it belongs to a scene. Assign to Scenes handles the whole list at once, whether the songs are new or were assigned to the wrong scene months ago:
- Where: The "Assign to Scenes" button at the top of the Sound & Music tab — the number in brackets counts songs with no scene yet
- Every song is listed with its current scene already selected, so this is also how you re-map songs after the fact
- Suggest with AI: AI reads your song titles, descriptions and scene list and fills in the selects, with a confidence badge and its reasoning on each one
- Confirm before saving: Suggestions are only filled in — change anything you disagree with, then press Assign. Only the songs you actually changed are written
