Props list and prop plot
Also called: Props master list, Prop plot, Props breakdown.
The props list (or props master list) names every property the production needs, with where it comes from — stock, bought, built, borrowed, rented — and its status. The prop plot reads the same information by scene: what each scene needs, and where each piece is preset. A props master keeps both.
In CueCall
The Props tab reads the inventory both ways: the Props Master List by item and the Prop Plot by scene, each as PDF and CSV, with a piece used in four scenes counted once on the list.
