Assigning to Shows, Scenes & Characters
Assign inventory items to specific shows, scenes, and characters.
- Show Assignment: In the show's Costumes, Props, Sets or Tech tab, assign items to the production
- Scene Assignment: In a scene's detail page, assign items to that specific scene
- Character Assignment: In the Characters tab, click the package icon to assign costumes/props to characters
- Multiple Shows: The same item can be assigned to multiple shows if you have enough quantity
View all assignments for an item on its Inventory Detail page under the Assignments card. The Inventory Detail page also shows all tasks assigned to the item, so you can track work like hemming, repairs, or cleaning.
