Run sheet
Also called: Master run sheet, Show run sheet.
A run sheet is the backstage document listing everything that has to happen during a performance, in order: scene changes, prop hand-offs, quick changes, fly cues, who does each and where. The master run sheet covers the whole crew; each track has its own page listing only that person's duties.
In CueCall
Run Sheets under the Reports tab are authored per show: duties assigned to crew tracks, printed as the Running List, the Preset List and the Master Run Sheet, with each crew member's page on its own.
Features
- Reports & Exports — Excel and PDF exports of characters, mic plots, slideshows and show reports, for the people who still want paper in the room.
- Tech Cues — Light, sound, deck and other cues recorded against scenes, with a master cue view and filtering by type.
How it works in CueCall
- Run Sheets (Reports Tab): The Three Reports — All three are the same duties read three different ways. Each has a Print button that opens a clean, landscape page with a tick column for marking off, and the first two also export to CSV.
- Run Sheets (Reports Tab): Adding Duties — Each item is one line of backstage work. Click "Add item" to create one:
