Running list

Also called: Shift plot, Scene change plot.

The running list, or shift plot, lists every scene change in order and what moves during it: which pieces come on, which go off, who carries each, and to which spike. It is the deck crew's script.

In CueCall

The Running List is one of the three printed run-sheet reports, built from the same duties as the Preset List and the Master Run Sheet so the three cannot disagree.

Features

  • Reports & Exports — Excel and PDF exports of characters, mic plots, slideshows and show reports, for the people who still want paper in the room.

How it works in CueCall

  • Run Sheets (Reports Tab): The Three Reports — All three are the same duties read three different ways. Each has a Print button that opens a clean, landscape page with a tick column for marking off, and the first two also export to CSV.
