Assigning Inventory to Scenes
Assign costumes, props, and sets to specific scenes to track what's needed where.
- Add Items: In a scene's detail page, use the Costumes, Props, or Sets tabs to add inventory
- Show Items Filter: By default, only items already assigned to the show are displayed for quick selection
- Search: Use the search box to filter items by name, description, or location
- All Items: Uncheck "Show items assigned to this show only" to see all available inventory
- Auto-Assignment: When you add an item from your full inventory to a scene, it's automatically assigned to the show as well
- Create New: Use "Create New" to add a new inventory item and assign it to the scene in one step
