Scene Detail Page
Click on any scene to open its detail page. Here you can see everything related to that scene in one place.
- Scene Information: Edit title, location, description, and characters
- Department Readiness: Track readiness status for each of the ten disciplines (Blocking, Choreography, Music, Costumes, Hair & Makeup, etc.)
- Assigned People: Who's in this scene
- Assigned Inventory: Props and costumes for this scene
- Scene Notes: Notes tagged to this specific scene
- Scene Files: Documents and images for this scene
- Songs: Songs assigned to this scene with audio playback and sheet music viewing
- Backdrops: AI-generated or uploaded backdrop images for projections or set design

- Managing Scenes: Creating Scenes — In a show's Scenes tab, click "Add Scene" to create a new scene.
