Creating Notes
Add notes to track decisions, observations, and reminders:
- Add Note: Click "Add Note" to create a new note
- Content: Enter your note text (supports multi-line entries)
- Department: Tag the note with a department for organization
- Author: Your name is automatically recorded
- Date: Creation date is tracked automatically
