Rehearsal Notes
The Rehearsal Notes tab provides a streamlined interface for taking notes during rehearsals:
- Select Rehearsal: Choose an existing rehearsal event from the Calendar, or create a new one
- Scene-by-Scene Navigation: Use arrow buttons or dropdown to navigate between scenes in order
- Quick Note Entry: Add notes with one click, choosing the note type: Character: Notes for specific actors/characters
- Costume: Notes about costume items
- Prop: Notes about props
- Set: Notes about set pieces
- Tech Cue: Notes for lighting, sound, or other technical departments
- General: General scene notes
- Priority: Mark urgent notes that need immediate attention
- Resolution Tracking: Mark notes as resolved when addressed, and see who resolved them
- Filter & Review: Filter notes by type or show/hide resolved notes to focus on what needs work
