Department Tags
Organize notes by production department:
- General: Overall production notes
- Blocking: Staging and movement notes
- Choreography: Dance and movement notes
- Music: Musical direction and vocal notes
- Script: Cuts, line changes and text questions
- Sets: Scenic design and set dressing notes
- Props: Props notes
- Costumes: Wardrobe and costume notes
- Hair & Makeup: Wig, hair and makeup notes — these also appear on the show's Hair & Makeup tab. Notes filed earlier under "hair", "makeup", "make-up", "hair/makeup" or "wigs" read as this department
- Lighting: Lighting design and tech notes
- Sound: Audio and sound design notes
- Stage Crew: Deck, fly and run-crew notes
- Publicity: Marketing, program and front-of-house notes
- Stage Management: The SM team's own follow-ups
The same list is used for tasks and for the department sections of a rehearsal report, so a note and a task about the same work always file together.
