Searching & Filtering Notes
Find notes quickly using the available filters:
- Search: Type to search note content
- Department Filter: View notes for specific departments only
- Scene Notes: Scene-specific notes also appear on individual scene detail pages
- Department Doors: Notes tagged Costumes, Props, Sets, Lighting or Sound also show up (read-only) under a "Notes" view on the matching Costumes, Props, Sets or Tech tab — Lighting and Sound both appear under Tech. Add or edit them from the Notes tab; department tags with no matching door (Blocking, Music, Publicity, etc.) still only appear here
