Global Tasks Page
Access all your tasks across all shows from the Tasks link in the main navigation.
- Cross-show view: See tasks from all shows in one place
- Create tasks: Click "New Task" to create a task — select a show first, then choose assignees, scene, and other details
- Grouped by show: Tasks are organized by production for easy scanning
- Filter by show: Narrow down to tasks from a specific show
- My Tasks / Delegated: Toggle between tasks assigned to you and tasks you've delegated
- Quick status change: Click the status icon to cycle through Todo, In Progress, and Done
- Jump to show: Click "View in Show" to manage tasks in the full show context
