Task Overview
Tasks help you track to-do items for your production. Each task has:
- Title: What needs to be done
- Assignees: One or more people responsible
- Department: Which area of production (Blocking, Costumes, etc.)
- Due Date: When it needs to be completed
- Priority: Low, Normal, High, or Urgent
- Scene: Optional link to a specific scene
- Song: Optional link to a song in the show
- Inventory Item: Optional link to a prop, costume, or other item

- Tasks: Global Tasks Page — Access all your tasks across all shows from the Tasks link in the main navigation.
