Look Photos
The Photos view of the Hair & Makeup tab holds photographs of an actor in a look — the wig fitting, the makeup test, the finished look under stage light. A reference image on a look says what the look should be; a look photo records what it actually is on this person, which is what the crew matches on the night. It works like Fitting Photos on the Costumes tab.
- Add photos: Press Add photos and pick up to 10 at a time. Each photo is filed under an actor (required — someone on this show's roster), and optionally the character and the look they are wearing
- Note and date: Add a note (products used, what to change for next time) and the date the photo was taken — it defaults to the upload time and can be edited afterwards
- Filters: Narrow the view to one actor, one character or one look. A filter you have set is carried into the next photo you add, so working down one actor's looks means picking them once
- Edit or delete: Use the pencil and trash icons on a photo. The photo itself is not replaceable — a different picture is a new photo
- Where else they show: on the By Actor view under each cast member, and on the look's own card
Who can see them
- Adding, editing, deleting: anyone who can edit inventory on the show — Costumer, Hair & Makeup Designer, the other Designer roles, Stage Manager, Director, Producer and the show owner
- Viewing: anyone who can view inventory, including Cast, Parents and Volunteers — the same rule as costume fitting photos
- Only this show's people and looks: you can only name an actor on this show's roster, a character on this show and a look on this show

- Hair & Makeup Tab: Who Can Do What — The Hair & Makeup tab is readable by every collaborator on the show and writable by the department itself, so a stylist does not need to be made a Stage Manager to maintain their own plot.
- Hair & Makeup Tab: The Hair & Makeup Department: Notes, Tasks, Reports and Scene Readiness — The Hair & Makeup tab is one end of a department that runs through the rest of the show. "Hair & Makeup" is a department everywhere the app asks for one:
