Listing Items
- Post from inventory: "Post Item" starts from your existing Inventory — pick an item and the title, photos, category, and condition prefill automatically
- Post something new: Choose "New item" instead — when the listing publishes, the item is also added to your Inventory as a first-class record
- Bulk listing: Under "Our Listings", click "List available inventory" to put every available, owned item on the marketplace at once — with one shared price, a free lend, or Price on request
- Filter & select all: In the bulk-listing dialog, filter the item list by inventory category, then use the "Select all" checkbox to grab the whole category (all Props, all Costumes) in one click — selections are kept as you switch categories
- Pricing modes: Set a price (per production, week, or day), choose Price on request (renters ask, you quote in Messages, and the agreed amount is recorded at return), or lend for free
- Payment: Rental money is settled directly between your organizations (check, PO, etc.) when the item is returned — CueCall records the amounts for both parties
- Filter by status: On "Our Listings", use the status pills (All, Active, Paused, Rented, Archived) to narrow the view to one status — each pill shows a live count, and "Select all" then acts only on the listings currently shown
- Filter by show: On "Our Listings", use the "Show" dropdown to narrow the view to listings whose inventory item is assigned to one of your organization's shows — handy for seeing what you've listed from a specific production. The status counts and "Select all" then apply within that show
- Bulk management: On "Our Listings", select multiple listings to change their price or pause/activate/archive them in one action
