Rehearsal report
Also called: Production report (on performance nights).
A rehearsal report is the stage manager's written account of a rehearsal, sent to the whole production team the same night: who was there and who was late, what was rehearsed and how long each part took, and notes for every department — the prop that broke, the costume that needs a hem, the lighting idea the director had. On performance nights the same document is the performance or production report.
In CueCall
Rehearsal reports are drafted from the calendar event, with attendance, a timing record and the day's notes grouped by department, emailed to the team in one click and printed for the callboard. A production can have them drafted automatically after each rehearsal.
