Stage manager
Also called: SM, Production stage manager (PSM).
The stage manager runs the production from the first rehearsal to the last performance: scheduling and running rehearsals, keeping the prompt book, writing the rehearsal reports, coordinating the departments, and calling every cue of every performance. Once the show opens, the stage manager is in charge of it.
In CueCall
The Stage Manager role holds the show's editing permissions by default, and the stage manager's paperwork — the schedule, the prompt-book notes and cues, the cue sheet, the run sheets, the rehearsal reports — is what the Tech, Schedule and Reports tabs carry.
