Production meeting
A production meeting brings the director, the stage manager, the designers and the technical and production managers together, usually weekly, to work through the rehearsal reports, settle questions between departments and track what is ready for tech. The agenda is the list of open notes.
In CueCall
Department-tagged notes with resolution tracking are the running agenda, and the per-discipline readiness on each scene is what the meeting checks against.
