Company Documents Group
When a show belongs to an organization, the company's document library appears at the top of the Files tab in its own Company Documents group — insurance certificates, the staff handbook, safety policies, and other paperwork shared across every one of the company's productions.
- Read-only here: You can view and download company documents from the show, but they are managed by company owners and admins — added from Organization → Documents or the Files page, and re-audienced from either the Files page or the Organization page
- Who sees them: Documents shared with "everyone at the company" reach the whole roster plus anyone collaborating on one of the company's shows — including guest collaborators. Restricted documents appear only for the organization roles they name
- Filtering: The group has its own "Company Documents" entry in the category filter, and the search box matches document names and descriptions
