Vision Board Integration
The Files tab displays images and videos from multiple sources that also appear on the Vision Board:
- Production Files: Use the "Vision Board" checkbox to add image or video files to the Vision Board
- Bulk Import: Images imported from a folder named "Vision Board", "Inspiration", or "Mood Board" are added to the Vision Board automatically — other imported images can be ticked on individually in the import wizard
- Inventory Images: Photos from inventory items (costumes, props, sets) assigned to this show automatically appear in the Files tab with links to the inventory item
- Scene Backdrops: All scene images and backdrops are displayed in the Files tab, including manually uploaded and AI-generated backdrops
- AI Badge: AI-generated images show an "AI" badge to distinguish them
- Videos: Video files can be uploaded directly to the Vision Board and will display with a play button overlay
- Download: Download scene backdrops directly from the Files tab
