File Notes & Tasks
Add production notes directly to any file — perfect for design feedback, edit requests, or revision notes that should live alongside the file itself.
- Add a Note: Click the message icon next to a file to open its notes panel, then click "Add Note"
- Notify Team Members: Pick teammates to email when you save the note — they'll receive a link that opens the file directly
- Assign as Task: Pick assignees under "Assign as Task" to spawn a follow-up task per person, linked back to the note
- Department Tags: Tag notes by department (Costumes, Lighting, Sound, etc.) so the right team can filter and find them
- Delete Notes: Click the trash icon on any note to remove it
Note: Files must be assigned to a show before notes can be added.
