File Versions
Keep track of multiple versions of important files like scripts, schedules, and designs.
- Upload New Version: Click on a file to open its details, then click "Upload New Version" to add an updated file while preserving the original
- Version History: View all previous versions of a file with upload dates and who uploaded each version
- Download Previous: Access and download any previous version from the version history list
- Current Version: The most recently uploaded version is always shown as the current/active version
- Automatic Naming: Versions are automatically numbered (v1, v2, v3, etc.) based on upload order
Use cases: Track script revisions, maintain design iteration history, keep backup copies of important documents, or compare changes between rehearsal schedules.
