Company Roster & Shared Inventory
- People roster: Mark a person record as belonging to your company and every member can see them (name, photo, role type) and reuse them across shows. Contact details, documents, and measurements stay protected by the same permission rules as everywhere else
- Shared inventory pool: Mark inventory items as company-owned and every member sees and can edit them — no show assignment needed. This fixes "items added by the stage manager don't appear in the director's library"
- Marketplace integration: Items posted to the marketplace land in the company pool automatically, and any member can manage the listings that go with them. Items rented in through the marketplace appear in the company pool too
- Moving items: Only an item's owner can move it into the company; any member can move a pool item back out or edit it in place — edits never change who owns the record
