Company Shows
- Create in the company: When creating a show, pick your organization (or keep it Personal). The picker defaults to whichever workspace you're currently in, so a show created while the sidebar switcher is set to your company lands in the company
- Who can add company shows: Organization owners and admins place a show in the company directly. A company show is billed to the company and its AI features spend the company's credits, so a plain member asks instead: pick the company in the picker (it's marked "needs approval") and the production is created as a personal show while the company's owners and admins are emailed to approve it. You can work on it right away; once someone approves, it joins the company and you stay its owner. Declined requests leave the show personal, and you're emailed either way
- Approving requests: Owners and admins see a Production requests card on the organization's Team tab listing each pending request with the member's note. Approve moves the show in; Decline leaves it personal. Either way you can add a short note that goes to the member
- However you create it: The same Organization picker appears when you import a show from a CueCall export (.json/.zip) and when you build one from a folder or zip with New from Files — all three default to your current workspace. Duplicating a company show keeps the copy in the company when you're one of its owners or admins; otherwise the copy is personal
- Move an existing show: The show owner can move a show into (or out of) the organization from Edit Show Details. Owners and admins of that organization move it directly — this is how existing users migrate from personal shows to a company account. A plain member picks the company there too and saves: that sends the same approval request, and the dialog shows it as waiting until the company decides (with a Withdraw button if you change your mind)
- Org Admin access: Organization owners and admins automatically see and administer the company's shows — settings, collaborators, budget overview, inventory, notes, and files — without needing a per-show invite. They do not see contact details, documents, or measurements unless they also hold a show role that grants them (see the role table under People)
- Plain members: Regular org members still need a normal show collaborator invite — joining a company never silently exposes production data
- When someone leaves: If a member leaves the organization, is removed from it, or deletes their account, the company shows they owned pass to a company owner automatically. The company keeps its productions and the departing member loses access — they can no longer move a company show back out
