Costume Slideshows
Costume and design slideshows built from inventory items and your own images, presented fullscreen, exported, or shared by public link.
What it helps with
- Presenting a costume plot to a production meeting
- Getting a director's sign-off on looks before anything is bought
- Sharing the design with someone who has no account
How Costume Slideshows works
- Slideshows: Slideshow Overview — Slideshows let you create visual presentations of costumes, sets, props, or any items for director reviews, design presentations, or team collaboration.
- Slideshows: Creating Slideshows — Create a new slideshow from Reports › Slideshows in any show. You can start with a blank slideshow or auto-generate one from your show data.
- Slideshows: Managing Slides — Add, edit, reorder, and delete slides within your slideshow.
- Slideshows: Layering Text and Images — Slides stack photos and text elements front-to-back. Use the layer controls to move elements above or below each other — for example, to put a caption on top of a photo or tuck a background image…
- Slideshows: Adding Items to Slides — Add items from your inventory to each slide.
- Slideshows: Adding Your Own Images and Image Notes — Not every image on a slide has to come from your inventory. You can drop in one-off images — a reference photo, a fabric swatch, a sketch — and caption each one individually.
- Slideshows: Slideshow Notes — Add notes to slides and items for collaborative feedback.
- Slideshows: Presentation Mode — Present your slideshow in a fullscreen, distraction-free mode.
- Slideshows: Exporting Slideshows — Export your slideshow as a PDF for printing or sharing.
- Slideshows: Sharing Slideshows Publicly — Share your slideshow with anyone using a public link. Recipients do not need a CueCall account to view the slideshow.
More in Costumes & Inventory
- Inventory & Ownership Tracking — Costumes, props and set pieces catalogued with photos, categories, QR codes and owned/rented/borrowed status plus rental history.
- Character Looks — Per-character looks assembled from inventory and images, assigned across the scenes where they are worn.
- Costume Measurements — Measurements kept on each person's record, visible only to the people whose role grants it — everyone always sees their own.
