Costume design and wardrobe software: measurements, plots, fittings and stock
A costume shop outlives every show it dresses, and its records rarely do. CueCall keeps the stock, the measurements, the plot and the fitting photos together, attached to the characters and scenes they belong to, so next season's designer inherits more than a rack of unlabeled garments.
What a costume designer uses it for
- Measurement requests the cast answer by emailed link, in a shared grid, from a prefilled spreadsheet or from a photographed paper form transcribed with AI — all landing on the person's record, visible only to the roles entitled to see them.
- A costume plot by character and scene: which pieces each character wears in each scene, printable as the Costume Plot and Character Look PDFs.
- Fitting photos filed once and found three ways — by the show, by the actor and by the pieces in frame.
- Inventory with photos, ownership status (owned, rented, borrowed), where each piece is in its life (need to source, need to build, available, checked out, in maintenance), and QR labels for the racks.
- A company-wide costume stock shared across every production, and a marketplace for renting pieces to and from other theatre companies, with the rental landing in the show's inventory and budget.
- Costume slideshows generated from the plot or the fitting photos, for design presentations and the lobby screen.
Who can see what
Measurements are personal data: everyone sees their own, and only roles granted the measurements permission see anyone else's. The costume plot and the inventory are open to the whole production team, and what a piece cost is shown only to roles with the cost permission.
Pricing
- The first two shows are free for a full year each, with every feature and unlimited users.
- Additional shows are $14.99 per year each.
- Unlimited shows: $49 per year.
- Pricing is per show, not per user — adding your entire cast, crew and creative team costs nothing extra.
- School district pricing with student login: $299 per year with five classrooms included, then $70 per classroom. This is the plan for schools that need district single sign-on and a signed data processing agreement. A classroom is a class or group of up to 35 students, with unlimited shows, and orders are paid by purchase order and invoice.
- After a show's year ends there is a 7-day grace period, then the show becomes read-only. Data is never deleted.
