Assigning People to an Organization in Bulk
Put several people onto (or take them off) a company roster at once, instead of opening each profile individually.
- How to Use It: From the People page, open Bulk Actions and select "Assign to Organization"
- Pick People: Search and select as many people as you like from the list
- Pick a Destination: Choose one of your organizations, or "No organization (personal)" to take the selected people off a company roster
- Only Available With a Company: This action only appears once you belong to at least one organization
- Same Rules as Editing One at a Time: Each person is moved individually, so the usual rules apply — you must own the record (or be an admin of its current organization) to move it, and you must be a member of the destination organization
