Company Membership on a Person's Page
A person's profile page has a Membership tab when they belong to a membership program in a company you own or administer, or took part in one of its fundraisers. Their shows and roles are on the Roles & Coverage tab beside it.
- Each membership: the program and company, the status, when they joined (or asked to join) and when it ended, the plan, the account balance, the guardian, and for a dues program when they are paid through, their last payment and the card on file.
- Account activity: the latest credits and charges on their member account. The full statement is on Company Members, which Open in Company Members takes you to.
- Approve: a request waiting in an approval program can be approved right here, which sends the welcome email.
- Edit details: correct the member's or guardian's name, email or phone, the same as from the members list.
- Fundraisers: the campaigns they took part in, newest first, with what they raised and what was credited to their account.
- Who sees it: only owners and admins, and only for their own companies. Someone who runs a different company sees nothing of yours, and the tab doesn't appear for anyone who doesn't run a company holding something for this person.
- From the signup email: the email admins get when someone joins links straight to this tab.
