Customizing the Show Menu
Inside a show, click Customize menu at the bottom of the sidebar menu to tailor the menu to the way you work.
- Hide what you don't use: Switch off any item to remove it from the sidebar. The show's first tab (Overview, or Sound & Music for bands) always stays visible.
- Reorder the menu: Drag an item by its handle to move it up or down — put Tech Cues or Notes at the top if that's where you live. Keyboard users can focus a handle, press Space to pick the item up, and use the arrow keys to move it.
- Reset to default: Restores every item and the original order.
- Personal and per show: Your menu is yours alone — collaborators keep their own — and each show remembers its own layout, so a musical and a straight play can be arranged differently.
- Collapse the show menu: Click the chevron next to the show's title to tuck its tabs away and bring Library and Marketplace within easy reach. Click the show's title itself to switch to another show, or to go back to all of them. The open show takes the place of Shows in the main menu, so Dashboard, Library and Marketplace stay exactly where they always are while you work in it.
