Role Permissions
Each role has specific permissions controlling what they can see and do within a show. The table below is the complete access matrix — these rules are enforced by the server, not just hidden in the menu.
Feature) : cell === false ? (
- *Director-level = Owner, Director, Assistant Director, Vocal Director, Music Director, and Producer. The show owner always has full access; a few destructive actions (deleting a show, scene, or budget) are owner-only.
- Own only: everyone can always see and edit their own profile and view their own measurements — the restriction applies to other people's data.
- Tagged only: Cast and Students see a note only when they are tagged in it. All other roles see every note on the show.
- †Org Admin is not a role you assign. Owners and admins of an organization get it automatically on shows that belong to their company, on top of any show role they hold — it covers administering the show, never personal contact details, documents, or measurements.
- Tasks are personal for every role: each user sees the tasks they created or are assigned, and can create, edit, and delegate those.
