School District Plans & Purchase Orders
Schools can pay with a purchase order instead of a card. CueCall sends an invoice that quotes your PO number, and your business office pays it on net-30 terms. Order from the Billing page, or email your PO to support@cuecall.app and we will issue the invoice for you.
- District plan ($299/year): A year with five classrooms included. A district can buy it for its schools, or a single school can buy it for itself. Add more classrooms at $70 each on the same order.
- Classroom ($70/year): A classroom is a class or group of up to 35 students, including after-school groups that aren't a rostered class. A school's organization with three classes of students holds three classrooms. While it holds any, it runs unlimited productions for a year, the same as the organization Unlimited plan.
- Class sizes are checked at renewal, not enforced: nothing stops a class that grows past 35 students mid-year. When you renew, we look at how many students were on each school's productions that year and size the next order to match; a group of 36 to 70 counts as two classrooms, and so on.
- AI credits in bulk: Add any number of the regular credit packs to an order, at the usual pack prices. They go to your classroom's organization balance.
- Who can order: An owner or admin of the organization who signs in through their school district. On the Billing page, the Pay with a purchase order card appears under each organization you run. Press Order with a PO, choose what to buy, and enter the PO number and who receives the invoice. If you don't sign in through your district, email your PO to support and we will invoice it.
- Access starts right away: Your classroom is covered as soon as the invoice is sent, so you don't wait for accounts payable. AI credits on an order you place yourself are added when the invoice is paid; on an invoice CueCall issues from your PO, they are added when it is sent. If the invoice is voided, written off as uncollectible, or fully refunded, the coverage ends and unspent credits are removed; credits that had already been spent by then are recorded on the order, and if a written-off invoice is paid after all, only what was removed comes back.
- Paying the invoice: The invoice email links to a payment page that takes a card or a bank transfer. Mailing a check is fine too; we record it when it arrives. The invoice and its PDF show the PO number, so your business office can match them.
- Covering the other classrooms: An order you place yourself gives every classroom it bought to your own organization. Once your district has a District Organization, its owners and admins hand classrooms to the district's schools themselves (see Running a district's classrooms below); otherwise tell support which schools' organizations should hold them and how many each, and CueCall moves them.
- Limits: A district can have up to three unpaid self-serve invoices at a time. Coverage runs one year from the invoice date. Renewing means a new PO and a new invoice.
- Seeing the order: The school that placed an order sees all of it, including the invoice link. A school that is only covered by an order, for example one classroom on a district plan, sees that the order covers it, what it bought and when it ends, but not the invoice, the PO number, what it cost, or the other schools on it. While a district order covers your organization, the Billing page does not offer it the unlimited plan or a per-show purchase: the order is what carries its access.
