Stage management software: prompt book, cue sheet and reports in one place

Stage management paperwork is the production's memory, and it is usually spread across a prompt book, a cue spreadsheet, a rehearsal report template and a pile of emails. CueCall keeps that paperwork attached to the scenes it describes, alongside the cast, props and schedule it refers to.

What a stage manager uses it for

  • Blocking on a stage canvas over uploaded ground plans, with movable set pieces that keep per-cue positions and playback synchronised to the scene's music.
  • A script viewer with notes and technical cues pinned to the exact page, script versioning that keeps annotations in place, and annotated exports.
  • A master cue sheet across lighting, sound, mic, fly, automation, followspot, video/projection and deck.
  • Wireless mic plots as a character-by-scene grid, exported to PDF or Excel.
  • Run sheets: the running list, preset list and master run sheet, each crew member's duties on their own page.
  • Nightly rehearsal reports with attendance, call times, a timing record and the day's department notes, emailed to the team in one click.

What it does not do

CueCall documents cues; it does not fire them, and it does not include run timers. It is the shared production record rather than a show-calling console.
