Production management software for church plays, pageants and Christmas productions
A church production is staged by volunteers, once a year, with costumes and set pieces that come out of a storeroom nobody has inventoried since the last one. CueCall keeps the stock, the people and the schedule from year to year, so December does not start from a blank spreadsheet.
The first two productions are free for a full year each, with every feature and unlimited users, so a drama ministry can run its Christmas and Easter productions without a budget line.
What a drama ministry uses it for
- Volunteer signup sheets for everything a production needs — shifts with capacity, items to bring, set-build and strike days — with confirmation emails and automatic reminders, and no account needed to sign up.
- A costume, prop and set inventory with photos and ownership, kept on the ministry's company account so it is there next year, and a marketplace for borrowing or renting from other companies.
- A shared schedule for rehearsals, services and performances that the cast and crew subscribe to on their own phones, with the people called named on each event.
- Announcements emailed to everyone on the production and shown on their dashboard, and department-tagged notes for the costume, music and tech teams.
- Children in the cast handled as a youth production handles them: guardian details at sign-up, invitations to the parent, and cast pages the family reads.
- A program built from the cast list and the musical numbers, with thanks, sponsors and a pastor's or director's note, published as a page with a QR code and printed from a PDF.
What it leaves out
CueCall does not sell tickets, take donations or manage the congregation's records. It is the production side only, and a production can switch off the features it does not use.
Pricing
- The first two shows are free for a full year each, with every feature and unlimited users.
- Additional shows are $14.99 per year each.
- Unlimited shows: $49 per year.
- Pricing is per show, not per user — adding your entire cast, crew and creative team costs nothing extra.
- School district pricing with student login: $299 per year with five classrooms included, then $70 per classroom. This is the plan for schools that need district single sign-on and a signed data processing agreement. A classroom is a class or group of up to 35 students, with unlimited shows, and orders are paid by purchase order and invoice.
- After a show's year ends there is a 7-day grace period, then the show becomes read-only. Data is never deleted.
