Adding Inventory Items

Items are stored centrally and can be assigned to multiple shows.

  • Name: Descriptive name for the item
  • Category: Type of item (Costume, Prop, etc.)
  • Location: Where it's stored when not in use
  • Location Details: Specific location within storage (e.g., "Upper shelf in the back", "Bin 3")
  • Quantity: How many you have
  • Description: Detailed description
  • Photos: Upload multiple photos for reference
  • Production Credits: Tag the productions this item has appeared in (e.g. "Les Misérables — Acme Playhouse, 2024"). Type a free-text credit and click Add (or press Enter), or quick-add the title of one of your CueCall shows. Remove a credit with the X on its badge.

Production credits are public-safe and travel with the item onto any marketplace listing, where outside renters can search and see the productions an item has been used in.
