QR Codes for Inventory
Generate and print QR codes for inventory items to enable quick access via smartphone.
- Where to find: On the Inventory Detail page, click the "QR Code" button in the action bar
- What's included: The QR code links to the item's detail page and displays the item name, category, location, and ID
- Printing: Click "Print" to open your device's print dialog and print the QR label
- Scanning: Use any smartphone camera to scan the QR code and open the item's page directly
Use cases: Attach QR codes to storage bins, costume racks, or prop tables for quick inventory lookups. Great for costume fittings, prop check-outs, or inventory audits.
