Bulk Delete & Remove
Manage multiple inventory items at once using bulk actions. The behavior differs between your library inventory and show-level inventory.
Library Inventory (Bulk Delete):
- Select Items: Each inventory card (or table row) has a checkbox — click to select individual items. Only items you own are selectable
- Select All: In table view, the header checkbox selects or clears every item you own in the current filtered list
- Action Bar: When items are selected, an action bar appears showing how many items are selected
- Delete Selected: Use the "Delete Selected" option in the Bulk Actions dropdown or the action bar to delete all selected items
- Confirmation Required: A confirmation dialog warns that deletion is permanent
- Permanent Action: Deleted items will no longer appear in any shows they were assigned to — this cannot be undone
Show Inventory (Bulk Remove):
- Select Items: Use the checkboxes in the table view to select items for removal
- Select All: Use the header checkbox to select or deselect all visible items
- Remove from Show: Bulk remove unassigns selected items from the current show only
- Items Preserved: Items remain in your global inventory and can be reassigned to any show later
